Many of the products Penbox sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specification of all products. All vintage and antique items have associated descriptive matter and image/s for the purpose of giving an objective statement of the condition of these items. New items also have associated descriptive matter and image/s. However, it is not practical to publish the full specification of all new products. For detailed specification of new items refer to the manufacturer's brochures or their websites.
Please e-mail Penbox at email@example.com to confirm availability, reserve an item, and qualify any postal charges (postal charges only on none UK orders). You can also e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with any general sales enquiries. All items have a reference number. We acknowledge all orders received. Penbox reserves the right to decline to accept any order at our sole discretion.
Payments may be made via cheque, banker's draft in English Pounds (Sterling) or online with all major credit and debit cards. We also accept online credit and debit card payments via Penbox's verified PayPal account. Full details can be found on our Ordering & Payment Options Page.

All advertised prices are inclusive of VAT. Postal cost are listed here (postage) and will be added at checkout if making payment online via our secure online shopping cart.
We deliver via insured postal services. All items in stock are despatched the same or the next working day following the receipt of order. Cheque payments must clear before goods are despatched - normally three days from receipt. Delivery will then be subject to the postal providers delivery performance. However, any date we specify for the delivery are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods/services. For delays of more than 28 days, you have the right to cancel your order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods/services.
All new products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse. In addition routine maintenance, consumables and cosmetic damage is not covered.
New products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement or refund. Faulty new goods can be returned up to 7 working days following receipt of order. Please inform us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, stating the nature of the fault. Please also indicate if you would like a replacement or refund. Refunds do not include any postage/packaging costs incurred by Penbox.
Penbox will accept back any vintage item which is not satisfactory for any reason. If you find a vintage item unsatisfactory, inform Penbox within 7 days of receipt, and return it within 14 days of receipt in the same condition in which you received it. Please inform us at email@example.com stating the reason for return. Penbox will then refund you in full as soon as possible, but within 30 days. This does not include any shipping costs to overseas customers.
Orders can be cancelled if the goods have not been despatched. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full. Please inform us at firstname.lastname@example.org
